Harbord Road Area Residents’ Association (HRARA) covers the Harbord Road area much of which is near Cutteslowe Park. The association is in Oxford City Council but on the boundary with Cherwell District Council. Oxford North (formerly known as Northern Gateway) is a 24 hectare largely commercial development already planned nearby. Many local residents are deeply concerned about the further urban sprawl arising from Cherwell’s District Council’s plan to put 4,400 homes on the Oxford Green Belt.
